Exclusive Glamp site hire information

Your group will have exclusive hire of the glamp site for the duration of your stay. 

The price of £1800 per night includes the following accommodation which sleeps up to a maximum of 30 guests in total. 

4 x 6m Bell tents - each sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably in each. The bed configuration in the tents are 1 double and 4 singles. This cannot be changed.

3 x Shepherd Huts - each sleeping up to 2 guests in each, however you can sleep a small toddler in with you if you wish. 1 x double bed. This cannot be changed. There is the option to add a travel cot in there for babies. Bring your own or we have travel cots available to hire.

In addition to the 30 guests included in the price, up to an extra 30 additional guests are allowed by pitching their own tents within the glamp site making 60 guests in total. 

Extra guest charges are an additional cost of £40 per guest per night or £20 for day guests. 

Guests bringing their own small tents will need to bring their own furnishings, sleeping bags, pillows etc. Alternatively additional furnished bell tents can be hired in from our trusted partner all erected ready to go upon your arrival. Please contact us for further details.

Our accommodations are furnished with Top quality bedding, pillows, throws and hot water bottles. Please note your guests will need to bring their own towels and toiletries for washing and showering. Toilet rolls are supplied by us.

Regardless of the time of year please bring some warm clothes for the chilly English evenings sitting around the fire pits and very warm PJs to go to bed in.

All cooking utensils, pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. are provided, however sometimes larger groups prefer to bring their own disposable plates etc. which is fine with us. 

The fire pits and gas griddles are also included in the price, we don't charge any extra for the use of these or the gas, however please clean them after use. You can bring your own logs for fire pit or alternatively they can be purchased from us either by pre order or once on site.

We do allow music but no professional DJ set ups or amplified music at any time. Music must be turned off by 10.30pm, ALL noise after this time must be kept to a minimum, loud voices etc. We ask you to be respectful of these rules at all times.

If you would like to bring in any outside caterers, bouncy castles, marquees etc. or any other service suppliers please run it past us first to get our approval. Please note this is at our discretion. If approval is given they will also need to produce their public Insurance liability certificate and any other necessary documents/certificates in relation to their specific business prior to arrival. . We do have a list of approved local trusted 3rd party suppliers which we prefer to use. Please ask for more details.

Please note all legal responsibility for health and safety will lye directly with the 3rd party supplier and not Hopgarden Glamping.
