Guest code of conduct & site rules

Our main aim here at Hopgarden glamping and camping is for you and your guests to enjoy a friendly, relaxed atmosphere enabling a chilled out stay/get together/celebration here as many past guests have as you can see from our 1st class reviews.

However we do have some rules that we need you to be aware of as follows:

By booking with us at Hopgarden Glamping and Camping you confirm that you agree to and will abide by the following rules which form part of our wider terms and conditions.  

The person who makes the booking is responsible for informing all the guests in their group of these rules. Costs for any damages that may be caused during your stay will be automatically charged to the booking payment card within 48hrs of departure, along with any extra charges that may occur, for example, extra cleaning charges, furniture moving etc.

We have a 10.30pm - 9am Strict quiet policy on site.  

We allow, at our discretion,  background music played on a domestic device. We do not allow large commercial PA/sound systems , professional DJs, singers or similar. No karaoke on microphones.

All music levels must be as such that it can only be heard by your group as it would be in a domestic setting and must not be loud enough to cause any disturbance to any neighbouring properties, whether visible or not.

Silent discos are allowed but the general noise volume must still remain at an acceptable level.

To avoid any miscommunication or misunderstandings in the event you do have music, if needed we will set the music volume. 

Music is to be off by 10.30pm. No exceptions.

After 10.30pm you are welcome to sit and chill around the firepit quietly, please be mindful of ALL noise including loud voices, shouting, cheering and clapping etc.  We ask you to use your common sense with regards to this. If necessary we will initially ask you to quieten down, after this there will be no further warnings. We will not tolerate any abuse, rudeness or being questioned or argued with by any guests.

Please make sure ALL washing up is completed and ALL items are put away, along with any outdoor furniture or crockery that you may have moved during your stay is put back to where it was when you arrived before departing, otherwise extra charges will apply.

Please respect the glamp site and camp field boundaries, don't allow your guests to wander around outside of these areas for safety and privacy reasons.

There are NO Electric vehicle charging facilities at Hopgarden Glamping and camping - PLEASE DO NOT allow any guest to plug in their EV charger anywhere on site. Please make all guests aware so they can make alternate arrangements for charging their car before arrival.

We reserve the right to ask any guests not following the rules to leave the site immediately. No refunds will be given. Any security deposit we may hold will also be forfeited.

No liability will be accepted by Hopgarden glamping and camping for any loss or damage  caused to vehicles or any personal belongings. 

These rules will be strictly enforced.
